Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in staffing, training, coaching, and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly close, journal entries, and financial statement packages.
• Manage billing cycle and AR collections, monitor DSO and aging balances.
• Lead and develop a team of analysts and billing specialists; partner with operations for performance reviews.
• Ensure SOX controls, GAAP compliance, and support internal/external audits.
• Prepare routine and ad hoc reports for senior management.
