Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience using existing procedures to solve standard problems.
• Strong ability to analyze information and make judgments based on standard practices.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
• Good organizational skills and an inquisitive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Complete accounting transactions in preparation of client financial statement packages.
• Create and post journal entries and ensure all expenses, receipts, owner distributions, funding requests, and other transactions are accurately posted.
• Use aggregate data from multiple sources to generate reports.
• Generate financial packages for accuracy and comprehensive reporting.
• Review information for accuracy and respond to management and vendor requests.
• Understand scenario planning tools/models and analyze trends in business conditions.
• Resolve issues and requests from management teams and clients regarding accounting reports.
• Research open accounting issues and identify potential conflicts for corrective action.
• Operate within standardized procedures to solve standard problems.
• Model CBRE RISE values through daily work and enhance the quality of your output.
