Job summary

CBRE Finance is seeking a Sr. Analyst to apply advanced cash and accrual accounting to prepare, evaluate, maintain, and deliver complete financial reports for a complex portfolio of CBRE clients and properties in the Redmond, WA area.

You will manage your own desk within the FM team, close monthly books, balance sheets, forecasts, and P/L with strict deadlines while adhering to CBRE policies and supporting management with accurate packages.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience.
• Advanced math skills for complex financial calculations, percentages and fractions.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Complete intermediate to advanced accounting transactions for client financial statements.
• Create and post journal entries; ensure expenses, receipts, owner distributions, funding requests are posted.
• Generate and review financial packages for accuracy and timely delivery to clients and management.
