Byrider in Janesville, WI is hiring a Finance Manager (Consumer Finance) for an in-person role at our local branch. The starting salary is $65,000 to $80,000 per year, plus an additional monthly incentive up to $2,500, and full benefits (health, dental, vision, 401k, paid time off).

The Finance Manager will hire, develop and motivate collections and lending teams, oversee underwriting, ensure outstanding customer service, and help maintain branch compliance; occasional evenings and Saturdays are

Qualifications

• Experience in first-party consumer collections management
• Subprime experience is a plus
• Strong computer proficiency
• Leadership ability
