Byrider Franchising, LLC. is seeking a Collections Manager for its Appleton, WI branch to lead the consumer finance collections team and optimize delinquency and charge-off management.

This role emphasizes strong customer service and leadership while supporting underwriting and branch operations. The ideal candidate will have first-party collections experience, familiarity with subprime lending, and solid computer skills to work with our software and systems.

Responsibilities for Collections Manager:

• Hire, develop & motivate collections & lending team
• Manage collections portfolio delinquency & charge-off
• Lead and oversee underwriting efforts for the assigned branch
• Demonstrate & ensure a high level of customer serviceHelp ensure branch compliance
• Back up the Branch General Manager as needed
