The role requires expert knowledge of dealership finance procedures and strong negotiation and presentation skills to close qualified deals.

Responsibilities include presenting financing options, ensuring compliance with laws, desk deals with lenders, and delivering accurate paperwork while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures.
• Proficient at structuring deals for maximum profitability.
• Well‑versed in title laws and registration process.
• Professional personal appearance and extraordinary verbal/written communication skills.
• Expertise in negotiation and presentation skills.
• Valid driver’s license.

• Prepare paperwork, contracts and deliver deals.
• Accurately audit team deals Post‑Sale and deeply analyze for improvements.
• Guarantee the expeditious funding of all contracts.

Summary

The Finance Manager is responsible for producing additional revenue for the dealership by selling finance and insurance products to new and used car customers and achieving a high level of customer satisfaction. Qualified applicant should be skilled at upselling extended warranty and other F&I products and have experience in automotive retail sales.

• Provide recommendations and assistance to customers in order to arrange the financing of their purchases. Present customers with additional product offerings to enhance their vehicle and ownership experience.
