Job summary

Morgan Auto Group is seeking a results-driven Finance Manager at Westshore Mazda in Tampa. This role focuses on driving profitable financing and protection products while maintaining strong customer relations.

You will coordinate with the sales team, ensure compliant financing, and manage dealer documentation. A proven track record in auto finance and targets is required for success in this commission-based position.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in auto dealership finance management.
• Ability to meet 1800+ PVR and 200% product penetration targets.
• Experience with dealership finance processes and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed financial services’ goals and objectives.
• Present extended service contracts and protection programs to customers.

Responsibilities:

• Attainment and gross production of financial services’ goals and objectives.
• Makes extended service contracts and other protection programs available to customers/Utilizes the menu selling process.
• Ensures necessary documentation for each deal is complete by utilizing a deal checklist.
• Maintains Customer Satisfaction scores at or above company standards.
• Works closely with sales team.
• Follows all processes
• Ensures all organizational activities/operations are carried out in compliance with organizational guidelines and local/state/federal regulations and laws governing business operations.
• Oversees completion and submission of all financing documents.
• Acts as liaison between the customer and the lending institution.
• Reinforces company policies/adheres to company standards/reporting requirements
• Attend weekly manager meetings

Requirements:

• Previous Finance Manager experience
• Must be a documented 1800+ PVR and 200% Product penetration producer
• Experience with Docupad or similar a plus
• Reynolds and Reynolds experience helpful

• 3 current references (exclude friend or family)
