Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of successful experience as an automotive F&I manager.
• Established track record of structuring deals and maintaining strong relationships with prime and subprime lenders.
• Ability to maintain a high closing percentage while protecting the dealership’s compliance record.
• Exceptional organizational skills with a strict focus on detail and paperwork accuracy.
• Elite communication: build rapport with customers and handle objections smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Sell financing, extended warranties, gap insurance, and peripheral protective products.
• Consistently achieve and exceed dealership benchmarks for Per Vehicle Retail averages.
• Structure profitable deals and secure fast lender approvals.
• Maintain accurate legal documentation and strictly adhere to all federal, state, and local regulations.
• Track funding aggressively to ensure fast contracts-in-transit turnaround times and healthy cash flow.

Key Responsibilities

• Maximize F&I Gross: Sell financing, extended warranties, gap insurance, and peripheral protective products.
• Maintain High PVR: Consistently achieve and exceed dealership benchmarks for Per Vehicle Retail averages.
• Structure & Close Deals: Work closely with the sales desk to structure profitable deals and secure fast lender approvals.
• Ensure Full Compliance: Maintain accurate legal documentation and strictly adhere to all federal, state, and local regulations.
• Manage CITs: Track funding aggressively to ensure fast contracts-in-transit turnaround times and healthy cash flow.
