Mile Marker LLC is seeking a hands-on Finance Manager to lead accounts receivable, client media balance, and finance operations. You will partner with account managers and clients to ensure accurate invoicing, reconcile media advances against vendor purchases, and manage a two-person offshore team supporting invoicing, collections, master data, and payroll administration.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in accounting/finance with AR, billing, and reconciliation experience, plus strong Excel

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience with hands-on AR, billing and reconciliation.
• Experience managing offshore teams is a strong plus.
• ERP configuration experience and comfort learning new tools and processes.
• Familiarity with Deltek Workbook, Guidelines, Teamwork, Vena or similar agency FP&A platforms as a plus.
• Experience with payroll administration is a plus.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools to improve efficiency (required).
• Strong communication skills and comfort working with account managers and clients.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and high attention to detail.
• Experience in media agency, advertising, or project-based business, including media billing, is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Own reconciliations of client media balances and advances against vendor purchases.
• Serve as the primary Accounts Receivable Manager, generating accurate invoicing per contract terms.
• Report remaining media funds to prevent campaign overspending.
• Manage day-to-day invoicing with offshore team, ensuring quality control.
• Oversee master data setup across finance tools and coordinate offshore analyst work.
• Ensure data accuracy across systems and resolve inconsistencies.
• Support payroll administration and month-end close processes.
• Identify ERP enhancements to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Explore AI-enabled workflows to automate manual tasks and boost productivity.
• Coach offshore team and maintain task delivery schedules.
• Document processes and controls for audit readiness.
• Expand offshore team scope by moving recurring tasks offshore.
