Qualifications

• 5+ years’ work experience with hands-on budget management experience, preferably within the media industry.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-service environment with urgency and a positive attitude.
• Strong knowledge of multiple media types including network, television, radio, local, print, and digital.
• Excellent organization, multitasking, and follow-through skills.
• Proficiency with budgeting systems and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all activities related to client budget management from receipt to spend to reporting.
• Provide core support and supervision of the media finance workflow.
• Lead policy development to optimize media finance operations and efficiency.
• Maintain strong client relationships as the primary budget management contact.
• Train staff on billing processes to ensure contractual compliance.
• Act as liaison between finance and Client Teams and between agency and client.
• Present Budget Reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Review media purchases and track discrepancies.
• Monitor accounts payable and ensure timely close of monthly books.
