Suburban Subaru in Troy, MI is seeking a Finance Manager to lead the automotive F&I process in a fast-paced, high-volume dealership. You will structure deals, present financing options, and ensure regulatory compliance while building lender relationships.

The role requires 2+ years of F&I management experience, strong communication and closing skills, and a proven track record in PVR and product penetration. A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of F&I Manager or Automotive Finance Manager experience.
• Proven success with PVR, product penetration, and revenue performance.
• Strong knowledge of automotive finance regulations, compliance, and deal structure.
• Experience working with lenders, credit applications, and funding processes.
• Excellent communication, closing, and customer service skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume dealership environment.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the automotive finance & insurance (F&I) process.
• Structure deals and present financing, service contracts, GAP, and protection products.
• Ensure full compliance with federal, state, and dealership regulations.
• Partner with sales managers and consultants to maximize deal performance and customer satisfaction.
• Build and maintain strong lender and bank relationships.
• Drive F&I revenue, PVR, and product penetration goals.
• Train and coach team members on F&I best practices and compliance standards.
