Job summary

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain financial products clearly, build trust with customers, and collaborate effectively with sales and administrative teams.
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and best practices, such as privacy laws, lending compliance, and dealership F&I policies and procedures.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment while maintaining attention to detail, integrity, and sound judgment.

Role Description The Finance Manager is a full-time, on-site role based at Genesis of South Bay in Torrance, CA.
