Job summary

Korum Automotive Group is seeking a professional F&I Manager for our pre-owned dealerships in Puyallup, WA. This role focuses on financing, leasing, extended service contracts, and insurance products to meet customer needs.

Collaborate with lenders, obtain approvals, and maintain accurate records and fees. Compensation is commission-based with a per-vehicle gross ranging from 10% to 22%, reflecting performance and sales results.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience in a Finance & Insurance role at a dealership.
• Ability to acquire and maintain related certifications.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to use/learn dealership management software.
• Ability to work under pressure with strong communication.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

The Finance Manager is responsible for meeting customer needs for finance, leasing, extended service contracts, and insurance products. Collaborates to build relationships with multiple financing sources, including factories and other lenders. Obtains financing approval for deals from lenders. Maintains appropriate records and controls, including collections of required documents and fees.

This position is paid on a commission-based product penetration and per-vehicle gross average ranging from 10% - 22%.

Desired Qualifications

• Three years of experience at a dealership in a Finance and Insurance role
• Ability to acquire and maintain related certifications
• Proficiency with Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Ability to use/learn dealership management software and applications.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Strong organizational skills along with excellent oral and written communication ability.
