Job summary

Korum Automotive Group is seeking a professional F&I Manager for our pre-owned dealerships in Puyallup, WA. This role focuses on financing, leasing, extended service contracts, and insurance products to meet customer needs.

Collaborate with lenders, obtain approvals, and maintain accurate records and fees. Compensation is commission-based with a per-vehicle gross ranging from 10% to 22%, reflecting performance and sales results.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience in a Finance & Insurance role at a dealership.
• Ability to acquire and maintain related certifications.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to use/learn dealership management software.
• Ability to work under pressure with strong communication.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet customer needs for finance, leasing, service contracts and insurance products.
• Collaborate to build relationships with multiple financing sources including lenders.
• Obtain financing approval for deals from lenders.
• Maintain records and controls including collection of documents and fees.
