Job summary

Talent Elite Group is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead FP&A efforts across multiple sites in California. This hybrid role combines strategic planning with hands-on analysis to drive financial performance and support operations leadership.

You will build financial models, dashboards, and KPIs, mentor a growing FP&A team, and present insights to Csuite. Strong Excel/NetSuite skills and multi-location experience are highly valued, with opportunities to impact the company's growth

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or business.
• 5+ years in FP&A or finance.
• Experience leading a team and presenting to Csuite.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning across multiple facilities.
• Partner with operations and leadership to drive performance and financial targets.
• Build financial models, dashboards, and KPIs for actionable insights.
• Lead and mentor a high-performance FP&A team.

• Experience with acquisitions is helpful.

Location: Pico Rivera/Monterey Park CA | Hybrid: 4 days onsite / 1 day WFH

Systems: NetSuite, Advanced Excel (vba and macros a plus. must be able to manipulate large data sets).

What You’ll Do

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning across multiple facilities.
• Partner with operations and leadership to drive performance and achieve financial targets.
• Build financial models, dashboards, and KPIs that provide actionable business insights.
• Lead and mentor a team while building a high-performance FP&A function.
• Present financial results and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, reporting, and automation.
• Acquisition experience helpful
• Ability to present to Csuite
• multi entity multi location helpful

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive FP&A or finance experience.
• Experience managing or mentoring a team.
• Strong financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and advanced Excel skills.
• Strong understanding of P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence cross-functional leaders.
• Healthcare or multi-site experience strongly preferred.
