Job summary

Truity Partners in United States seeks a Finance Manager to join a growing multi-entity org reporting to CFO. The role builds FP&A from the ground up, owns budgeting and forecasting, and partners with business leaders to influence strategy.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • 5+ years FP&A, financial analysis, or corporate finance experience.
  • Strong budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and business partnering.
  • Advanced Excel; Power BI or BI tools preferred.
  • CPA or MBA preferred.
  • Healthcare or multi-entity industry experience a plus.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes while developing FP&A tools, models, and reporting.
  • Partner with the CFO and cross-functional leaders to provide financial insights and drive decisions.
  • Develop financial models, KPI dashboards, and variance analyses to identify trends and support executive reporting.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Operations, IT, and Accounting to analyze pipeline activity, staffing, capital investments, profitability, and ROI.
  • Build and enhance financial reporting infrastructure, improve processes, and leverage data to support growth.
  • Lead financial analysis for strategic initiatives and establish FP&A best practices across finance.

Our client is seeking a Finance Manager to join a high-growth, multi-entity organization in a newly created role reporting directly to the CFO. This is an exceptional opportunity for an analytical finance professional who enjoys building processes from the ground up, partnering with business leaders, and using data to influence strategic decision-making!

This highly visible role offers the opportunity to establish the company's FP&A function, own budgeting and forecasting, partner with executive leadership across the organization, and help shape the future of a rapidly growing business with significant long-term leadership potential.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the company's budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes while developing scalable FP&A tools, models, and reporting.
  • Partner with the CFO and cross-functional leaders to provide financial insights, support strategic initiatives, and drive informed business decisions.
  • Develop financial models, KPI dashboards, and variance analyses to identify trends, evaluate business performance, and support executive reporting.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Operations, IT, and Accounting to analyze pipeline activity, staffing needs, capital investments, profitability, and return on investment.
  • Build and enhance financial reporting infrastructure, improve processes, and leverage data to support continued organizational growth.
  • Lead financial analysis for strategic initiatives, special projects, and executive requests while helping establish best practices across the finance function.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of progressive FP&A, financial analysis, or corporate finance experience.
  • Strong experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and business partnering.
  • Advanced Excel skills; experience with Power BI or other business intelligence tools preferred.
  • Accounting foundation and/or CPA or MBA preferred.
  • Healthcare or other complex, multi-entity industry experience is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
