Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in FP&A, finance, corporate finance, operational finance, or related functions.
• Experience supporting multi-site and/or multi-entity organizations preferred.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and analytical skills.
• Ability to partner effectively with operational leadership and influence decision-making.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial reporting tools or ERP systems.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for a portfolio of locations.
• Analyze financial and operational performance, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities.

• Prepare monthly financial reporting packages, variance analyses, and management presentations.

• Assist with long-range planning, capital investments, and growth initiatives.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with accounting, operations, HR, and leadership teams.
