Finance Manager – Future Controller Opportunity

We’re looking for an ambitious, hands‑on Finance Manager who is ready to take the next step in their career and build toward a Controller position.

This is an exciting opportunity for a CPA‑qualified finance professional who combines strong technical accounting skills with commercial insight and enjoys working closely with senior leadership and teams across the business.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll take ownership of key areas across accounting, financial reporting, FP&A, and business partnering, including:

• Leading monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes
• Preparing and reviewing US GAAP financial statements
• Managing budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling
• Delivering variance analysis, KPIs, dashboards, and management reporting
• Monitoring cash flow, working capital, and liquidity
• Partnering with Sales, Marketing, Technical, and Operations teams
• Supporting pricing, profitability, customer, and product analysis
• Providing financial insight to support strategic business decisions
• Presenting financial results and recommendations to senior leadership
• Improving processes, controls, automation, and reporting through NetSuite

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
• 5+ years’ progressive accounting and finance experience
• Strong US GAAP and financial reporting knowledge
• Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUPs, modelling, and data analysis
• Strong FP&A experience across budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical, commercial, and problem‑solving abilities

Experience within manufacturing, technology, publicly traded, or high‑growth environments would be advantageous, as would previous leadership experience.
