Job summary

CDJR DALLAS is seeking a motivated Finance Manager to support our sales team and assist customers with their financing needs. This role balances sales performance, compliance excellence, and customer satisfaction to maximize dealership profitability.

You will secure financing, present options, and drive revenue through F&I products while building strong lender relationships and delivering a seamless deal-to-funding process in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years automotive sales and 1+ year F&I experience.
• Ability to ramp up fast and win through a streamlined onboarding and training process.
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Strong communicator who can clearly explain financial options and build customer confidence.

Responsibilities

• Secure competitive financing by working directly with lenders and presenting loan and lease options.
• Drive F&I revenue by selling extended service contracts, GAP, and protection products.
• Ensure flawless funding and compliance with local, state, federal, and lender requirements.
• Partner with the sales team to deliver a fast, seamless deal-to-funding process.
• Deliver a customer-first experience while consistently meeting and exceeding performance goals.
