• Strong modeling skills, including mapping out legal compensation agreements.
• Strong communication, data, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer the trader compensation database and calculate compensation monthly and annually.
• Support monthly financial reporting, planning, and ad hoc projects.
• Work with corporate accounting and auditors on year-end audits.
