Job summary

Abacus Group, LLC represents an investment manager seeking a Manager of Financial Planning to join their Rowayton, CT office. You will oversee trader compensation data, calculate incentive compensation, and collaborate with Corporate Accounting and external auditors on audits across entities.

You'll contribute to monthly financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and broader planning activities, analyze results and trends to inform management decisions, and develop ad hoc analyses and models

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in trader compensation from a hedge fund.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Sharp attention to detail and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee trader compensation data and maintain accurate compensation records and reporting
• Calculate monthly and annual incentive compensation in accordance with established policies and business requirements
• Coordinate with Corporate Accounting and external auditors to support year-end audits across domestic and international entities
• Contribute to monthly financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and broader financial planning activities
• Analyze financial results and compensation trends to support management reporting and business decision-making
• Develop ad hoc financial analyses, models, and reports to support strategic initiatives and special projects
• Partner with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes, reporting accuracy, and operational efficiency
