Bobrick in North Hollywood, CA seeks a Lean Process Improvement Specialist to modernize finance operations and drive continuous improvement. You will map close cycles, AP/AR, and reporting workflows, redesign processes using Lean principles, and implement automation and AI-driven solutions with CFO mentoring.

You will partner with finance staff to build new skills, establish SOPs, and measure impact against a documented improvement roadmap.

Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification preferred.
• Experience modernizing finance or accounting operations.
• Hands-on experience selecting and implementing finance software, automation tools, or AI applications.
• Strong analytical, planning and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities
