Job summary

Bobrick Washroom Equipment, Inc. in North Hollywood, CA invites a Lean Process Improvement Specialist to drive modernization of finance workflows, enhance SLAs, and reduce close-cycle times.

You will map current processes, lead automation projects, and partner with finance staff to implement AI-enabled tools and standardized procedures. You will bring Lean Six Sigma expertise, a track record of finance transformations, and a hands-on approach to change—aligning strategy with measurable outcomes

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited four-year college or university.
• 3+ years’ experience in Lean/Six-Sigma/Process Improvement.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification preferred.
• Experience modernizing finance or accounting operations and implementing finance software, automation tools, or AI applications.
• Strong quantitative analytics, excellent project and planning abilities, cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with all levels of management.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Map current-state financial workflows (close cycle, AP/AR, reporting, reconciliations) and redesign processes with Lean principles.
• Partner with finance staff to identify pain points, build new skills, streamline processes, and implement new systems and technologies.
• Establish standard operating procedures and an improvement roadmap to drive long-term success.
• Identify and implement finance process improvements and leading practices to improve efficiency, accuracy, controls, and service levels.
• Assess opportunities to leverage existing and emerging technologies to reduce manual work and improve data quality.
