Job summary

Bobrick, headquartered in North Hollywood, CA, seeks a Lean Process Improvement Specialist to modernize the finance function and drive continuous improvement in close cycles, AP/AR, and reporting.

Reporting to the CFO, you will map current-state workflows, identify improvements, redesign processes with Lean principles, and deploy automation and AI-enabled tools to support the team. You will partner with finance staff to build new skills and establish SOPs for long-term success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four-year college or university.
• 3+ years’ experience in Lean/Six-Sigma/Process Improvement.
• Experience modernizing finance or accounting operations and implementing finance software, automation tools, or AI applications.

Responsibilities

• Map current-state financial workflows (close cycle, AP/AR, reporting, reconciliations).
• Identify opportunities for improvement and redesign processes using Lean principles.
• Lead implementation of tools, automation, and AI-driven solutions; partner with finance staff to build new skills and establish SOPs.
• Create and manage an improvement roadmap with quarterly updates; lead cross-functional projects from concept to execution.
