Job summary

Sunbelt Rentals in Fort Mill, SC offers a two-year Finance and Accounting rotational program designed to develop future leaders. Participants complete four six-month rotations across core finance disciplines, gaining exposure to our business model, operations, and financial structure.

You will build financial and analytical skills through hands-on projects, partner with finance, operations, and corporate teams, and deliver capstone presentations that highlight learnings and impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• GPA 3.5 or higher.
• Demonstrated leadership, teamwork, analytical, and communication skills.
• Relevant internship or prior professional experience strongly preferred.
• Desire for continuous learning and development of cross-functional finance skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive problem solver with strong analytical and quantitative abilities.
• Willingness and ability to travel periodically as required by rotation assignments.

Responsibilities

• Develop financial, analytical, and business acumen through hands-on project work and real-world decision support.

• Execute an individualized development plan aligned with career goals and organizational needs.
• Receive structured mentorship, coaching, and performance feedback throughout the program.
