Job summary

Mitsubishi Power Americas invites applicants to join the Finance Rotation Program, a 24-month, full-time development track across accounting, AP/AR, FP&A, and project finance. Participants will relocate every six months to prepare for leadership in finance.

Four six-month rotations include Manufacturing Finance, Engineering Project Finance, AP/AR & Corporate Accounting, and Budgeting/Forecasting. This program requires commitment and progression across locations such as Lake Mary, FL and other

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree completed within 12 months before June 2027.
• Minimum 3.5 undergraduate GPA.
• Willing to relocate every six months and work onsite at multiple locations.
• U.S. Person and eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office; ERP/financial systems familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Complete four six-month rotations across program locations.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning, and close activities.
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports, dashboards, reconciliations, and variance analyses.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to provide accurate financial insight.
• Contribute to process improvement, financial controls, audit support, and special projects.
