Job summary

LPL Financial LLC in Fort Mill, SC launches the Financial Analyst Rotational (FAR) Program – Corporate Finance track to rapidly develop finance careers through hands-on experience and mentorship.

You will rotate across three teams, gain exposure to Finance, Risk, Operations, and Compliance, and receive guidance from a dedicated program manager while building broad professional skills.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree with anticipated graduation Dec 2026–May 2027, GPA 3.3 minimum.
• Offer is contingent on degree completion, background check, and local eligibility for Fort Mill/Charlotte.
• Onboarding requires I-9 documentation and being local to Fort Mill/Charlotte.
• Full-time position, 40 hours per week.
• No sponsorship now or in the future for this role.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through three teams to build skills in financial analysis, accounting, and corporate strategy.
• Develop understanding of LPL’s business and wealth management industry.
• Build technical and professional competencies: collaboration and relationship management.
• Gain exposure to Finance, Risk, Operations, and Compliance leadership teams.
• Meet with a program manager for coaching and mentorship.
• Cultivate relationships within a fast-growing professional network.
