Job summary

Polaris Inc. in the United States is offering a Finance Leadership Development Program Associate role. This three-year program provides planned rotations across FP&A, Controllership, Treasury, Internal Audit, and Digital/IT to accelerate leadership and finance skills.

Upon completion, participants transition into full-time finance roles. Salary ranges from $68,000 to $72,500 per year, with relocation assistance and extensive benefits described in the posting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting with graduation date between August 2026 and May 2027.
• Minimum overall GPA of 3.0.
• Must be a U.S. person (citizen, national, permanent resident, asylee, or refugee) and not require sponsorship.
• Must be willing to travel and relocate between sites for rotations.
• Must have reliable transportation for daily commuting to and from the office.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, SharePoint.
• Active leadership experience in student organizations and/or work experiences with intent to grow leadership.
• Strong abilities in analysis, creative problem-solving, communication, interpersonal relationships, self-motivation, and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Accelerate your career through three years of rigorous business rotations within Polaris Finance.
• Rotate through Commercial, Operations, and Enterprise functions to gain broad exposure.
• Move into a full-time Finance-related position after program completion based on business needs and performance.
