Polaris Inc. in Minnesota invites recent graduates to join the Marketing Leadership Development Program (MLDP), a two-year, rotation-based path designed to build core marketing and leadership skills across Brand, Creative, Ecommerce, and Channel areas.

Participants gain mentorship, networking opportunities, and relocation support while rotating through several Polaris locations nationwide, with a starting pay range of $62,000 to $74,500 per year and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related business field.
• Graduation between Aug 2026 and May 2027.
• Minimum overall GPA of 3.0.
• U.S. person eligible to work without sponsorship and willing to travel/relocate.

Responsibilities

• Participate in two-year rotations across Marketing domains.
• Engage with mentors and Polaris senior leaders throughout the program.
