Job summary

Pentair invites engineering students to join a 12-week Leadership Development Internship Program in a hands-on environment. You will contribute to a real-world project, receive mentorship, and take part in networking events designed to develop leadership and professional skills.

You will join a cohort of peers across the organization, participate in executive speaker sessions, a team case competition, and the Intern Summit, with potential for future full-time opportunities after graduation.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (or related field).
• Currently enrolled as a junior (Preferred Graduation Date: Spring 2028).
• Willing to work during summer at one of the listed internship locations in the US.

Responsibilities

• Work on a real-world strategic project and contribute to meaningful outcomes.
• Present project objectives, processes, and results to leadership at the internship's end.
• Engage with mentors, participate in cohort activities, and networking events.
