Mauser Corp. offers a Finance Development Program (FDP) designed to develop early career professionals into future leaders.

The program spans 2–3 years with rotations lasting about 6–12 months, exposing participants to Corporate, Group and Plant level finance disciplines. The program emphasizes broad cross-functional finance exposure, mentorship, and leadership development within a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration; prior work experience not required.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Communication skills and presence; ability to express oneself clearly and concisely.
• Fast learner and willingness to adapt to change.

Responsabilités

• Rotations across Corporate, Group and Plant finance disciplines.
• Develop technical and leadership skills through structured rotations.
• Mentorship and coaching to prepare for advancement within Mauser.
