Job summary

Trane Technologies, a world leader in sustainable climate solutions, is seeking an FP&A Manager for Data Centers. The role covers long-term and short-term planning, forecasting, and management reporting across the Data Centers BU.

The successful candidate will partner with the BU Finance Leader and SLT, develop financial tools and dashboards, and drive process improvements in close, forecasting, and analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting required; MBA preferred.
• Forecasting, financial reporting, and process improvement experience.
• Strong collaboration, influencing, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead long-range plan, annual operating plan, and quarterly forecasts with cross-functional teams.
• Oversee month-end close, reporting, and financial analysis.
• Develop dashboards to visualize results and trends.
• Coordinate investment analysis and business cases for Data Centers.
• Drive process improvements and analytics-enabled workflows.
• Partner with BU finance leadership to set timelines and deliverables.
