Job summary

Trane Technologies is seeking a seasoned leader to drive profitable growth and market adoption of Connected Services in the TXGC region. You will support field sales, management, and fulfillment teams to implement growth initiatives and deliver outstanding customer value.

Responsibilities include managing margins, invoice accuracy, expense control, and service-team utilization while coordinating with the acquisitions team. Travel to customer sites is required as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in HVAC or a related field.
• 3+ years experience managing and coaching large teams.
• Project management skills to oversee startup projects and customer requests.
• Tech-savvy with Microsoft applications.

Responsibilities

• P&L responsibility and monthly revenue forecasting.
• Drive BAS service growth and coordinate with sales and fulfillment teams.
• Oversee service coordination, training, and resource balancing across the region.
• Ensure OSHA/ EH&S compliance and safe, productive work environments.
