Holman is seeking a Manager of Finance- Manufacturing & Distribution in the United States to lead reporting, controls, and inventory functions across manufacturing and distribution. The role emphasizes clear communication of objectives, KPI alignment with business goals, and coaching to build high-performing teams.

The successful candidate will produce compliant financial statements, manage tax and payroll accounting, and act as SME across departments while driving continual process improvements

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 7+ years of overall professional experience, including 2+ at a leadership level.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Proficient in MS Office programs (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, SharePoint).
• Demonstrable experience in managing teams to high performance standards.

Aufgaben

• Manage the Reporting/Controls function and lead the Reporting team; set objectives and KPIs.
• Produce timely and accurate financial statements compliant with policies and regulations.
• Oversee inventory cycle counting, balances, and reconciliations.
• Act as SME; support internal departments and attend customer meetings as required.
• Ad hoc tasks and projects and escalation of Reporting issues.
