Job summary

The Chamberlain Group, a global leader in intelligent access, seeks a Finance lead for the Distribution and Transportation function. You will partner with operations to model and forecast the key metrics for eight North America facilities.

Responsibilities include building annual budgets, monthly forecasts, analyzing overhead and cost reductions, and communicating risks and opportunities to senior leadership; a Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance and 7+ years in manufacturing or distribution

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 7+ years financial support experience in manufacturing or distribution.
• Proficiency with ERP financial systems and data analysis; excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Act as business partner and finance lead for the Distribution and Transportation function.
• Build and maintain financial models to monitor and forecast KPIs.
• Lead yearly budget development and monthly financial forecasts.
• Oversee overhead analysis, cost reduction projects, and variance drivers.
• Provide KPI updates and risk/opportunity insights to leadership.
