Job summary

Holman Enterprises is seeking a Manager of Finance for Manufacturing & Distribution in Mount Laurel, NJ. You will lead the Reporting team, drive KPI-based objectives, and coach the finance staff to improve accuracy and efficiency across statements and controls.

You will own inventory reconciliations, payroll accounting, and tax work, while partnering with HR to develop talent and ensure strong financial governance. This is a full-time, on-site role with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7+ years of overall professional experience, including 2+ at a leadership level.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Proficient in MS Office Programs (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, SharePoint).
• Demonstrable experience in managing teams to high performance standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Reporting/Controls function and lead the Reporting team.
• Produce timely and accurate financial statements compliant with policies and statutory requirements.
• Oversee inventory cycle counting, balances and reconciliations.
• Sales Tax management, Payroll Accounting, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
• Maintain internal controls and assist in monthly standalone, consolidated statements.
