Job summary

Holman Enterprises is seeking a Manager of Finance- Manufacturing & Distribution to lead the Reporting/Controls function within the Finance leadership team. You will communicate objectives to direct reports, oversee timely financial statements, and ensure compliance with policies and standards across manufacturing and distribution.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of overall experience, including 2+ in leadership, a Bachelor's degree, and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of overall professional experience, including 2+ at a leadership level.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Proficient in MS Office programs (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, SharePoint)

Responsibilities

• Manage the Reporting/Controls function and lead the Reporting team.
• Communicate objectives and goals to direct reports ensuring understanding of impact.
• Oversee timely and accurate financial statements compliant with policies and statutory requirements.
• Manage Inventory cycle counting selections and reconciliations.
• Oversee inventory balances and reconciliations; analyze results for improvements.
• Support payroll accounting, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Maintain internal controls and lead audit responsibilities.
