Job summary

Foster McKay is seeking a Vice President of Finance to partner with the executive team on growth strategies, liquidity management, and enterprise planning. The role will own forecasting, reporting, and treasury functions while coaching a lean finance team.

The ideal candidate will drive data‑driven decision making, leverage AI for reporting efficiency, and collaborate with private equity ownership to maximize ROI while mitigating risk.

Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly close within 5 business days and report budget vs. actuals and KPI performance.
• Lead 13‑week and annual cash flow forecasting to ensure liquidity for growth and investments.
• Build and manage FP&A processes to support strategic planning, budgeting, and capital deployment.
• Collaborate with CEO and board to provide timely, data‑driven financial insights and risk management.
