Job summary

Finatal seeks a Vice President of Finance to serve as the senior finance leader, reporting to the CEO and partnering with the Board and sponsor. This de-facto CFO will drive budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, KPI reporting, and scalable FP&A.

The role oversees finance, accounting, treasury, tax, risk, legal, and HR across the organization. Historically, the incumbent will elevate FP&A, build a robust reporting framework, and deliver strategic support for growth initiatives and value creation

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience spanning FP&A, accounting, treasury, and cash flow management.

Responsibilities

• Lead FP&A, accounting, treasury, tax, and financial reporting.
• Own monthly close, internal controls, audit, tax, and compliance.
