Job summary

Foster McKay seeks a strategic Vice President, FP&A to lead enterprise planning, forecasting, budgeting, and performance reporting. You will manage a senior finance team, partner with executives, and drive scalable FP&A processes that inform key business decisions.

The role focuses on accurate forecasts, meaningful analytics, and trusted business partnerships, with responsibility for close cycles, KPI development, and governance across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field; Master’s degree preferred
• 10+ years of progressive FP&A leadership experience
• Experience with NetSuite and Anaplan platforms preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing FP&A organization.
• Own the company’s annual operating plan, long‑range planning, quarterly forecasts, and monthly outlooks.
• Consolidate budgets and headcount plans across business units; partner with executive leadership on strategic decisions.
• Oversee board deck preparation, lender/PE reporting packages, and M&A/diligence support.
• Partner with Sales Operations and accounting to ensure accurate financial reporting and forecast integrity.
