Job summary

CR Fletcher is seeking a VP of Accounting & Finance to provide strategic financial leadership for a growing, multi-location manufacturing company. You will oversee budgeting, FP&A, accounting, treasury, financial reporting, and internal controls while guiding the finance organization through expansion initiatives including mergers and acquisitions.

You will partner with the executive team to drive performance through financial modeling, capital planning, and data-driven recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• CPA preferred; MBA strongly preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience within manufacturing preferred.
• Strong financial and business acumen with expertise in accounting, financial reporting, banking, cash management, and operational finance.
• Strategic, hands-on leader who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communicator with high ethical standards and advanced proficiency in financial systems and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, financial planning and analysis, accounting, treasury, cash flow management, financial reporting, and banking relationships.
• Partner with executive leadership to drive business performance through financial modeling, capital planning, cash flow management, acquisition analysis, and data-driven recommendations.
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing finance and accounting team, driving process improvements, automation, and financial transformation initiatives.
