You will oversee complex client financials, prepare dashboards and reports, present to executive teams and boards, and mentor staff while upholding GAAP compliance and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Exceptional understanding of GAAP and general accounting skills.
• 5–10 years in small to mid-sized firms, with 3–5 years of management-related experience.
• Ability to translate financial data for non-financial leaders and clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex client meetings and organize next steps.
• Be the go-to resource for client launches and special projects.
• Share learning with the team and contribute industry knowledge content.
• Lead financial engagements and present to boards when needed.
• Prepare dashboards, benchmarks, and cash vs. accrual reporting analyses.
