Job summary

Insource Services is seeking a senior financial leader to guide client engagements and strategic financial planning across nonprofit and other sectors. You will present dashboards and financial reports to executive teams and boards, guide budgeting, and collaborate with the CEO/ED on strategic decisions.

The role emphasizes clear communication, risk mitigation, and delivering value-added financial leadership in a collaborative environment with strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Exceptional understanding of GAAP and ability to clearly explain accounting concepts to clients
• 5-10 years in small to mid-sized firms with leadership experience across environments
• Proven track record in creating non-standard financial reporting for clients
• Able to train and support team members on various software platforms
• Clear ability to summarize budgets for stakeholders and present complex info succinctly
• Experience with nonprofit sector regulatory practices and compliance

Responsibilities

• Lead complex client meetings and organize next steps
• Be go-to resource for client launches and special projects
• Share learning with the team and write industry content
• Lead financial client engagements and report to CEO/Executive Director
• Present financial analyses to Boards or senior management
• Represent Insource at networking and client events
• Assist in business development efforts as requested
