Job summary

Excelerate LLC is seeking a Technical Program Manager to execute enterprise transformation initiatives across ERP/EPM modernization, CoA redesign, contract lifecycle, and privacy programs. You will partner with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into structured, delivered outcomes.

This role focuses on redefining how finance, legal, and privacy operate in a cloud-native environment, driving practical, lasting impact rather than mere status reporting.

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in finance process and operating model transformation for cloud-native environments.
• Strong understanding of the EPM landscape and cross-platform planning/reporting.
• Experience leading Chart of Accounts redesign and ERP/EPM integration.
• Experience establishing program governance, operating rhythms, and mobilization plans.
• Strong executive communication skills with the ability to influence C‑suite stakeholders.
• Ability to manage ambiguity and evolving scope in long-term transformation programs.
• Bachelor's degree; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Willingness to engage with IST time zone occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale finance transformation programs end-to-end.
• Coordinate across finance, product, and technology to drive roadmap, milestones, and dependencies.
• Manage program risks, timelines, and stakeholder alignment in a complex, matrixed environment.
• Facilitate executive decision-making and provide clear recommendations to senior leadership.
• Advise on ERP/EPM integration strategy and automation opportunities.
• Lead and advise on Chart of Accounts redesign and FP&A modernization.
