Job summary

One&Only Moonlight Basin, part of Kerzner International, seeks a Finance leader to oversee daily operations, controls and month-end close for a luxury resort. You will supervise the Finance team, review payroll, and ensure timely, accurate financial reporting.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years as Financial Controller or Assistant FC in luxury hospitality, with a relevant degree and professional accountancy qualification. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as Financial Controller or Assistant Financial Controller in luxury hospitality.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field; ICAEW/CPA preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day Finance department operations and internal controls.
• Manage month-end close, balance sheet reconciliations and IFRS/GAAP reporting.
• Review payroll processing and service charge distributions; ensure timely payments.
• Coordinate budgeting/forecasting and liaise with department heads and auditors.
• Ensure proper authorization of transactions and accurate financial reporting.
