Kerzner International's One&Only Moonlight Basin resort seeks an Assistant Finance Manager to supervise day-to-day accounting, including Accounts Receivable, income audit, and credit card reconciliation, and to support budgeting, forecasting, audits, and internal controls. You will deputize for the Finance Manager when required and partner with department heads to ensure strict financial discipline.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of PMS Opera, POS Symphony and Zenoti.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with pivot tables and lookups.
• Minimum three years of accounting experience, including supervisory role in a resort/hotel.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; professional certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Supervise Staff Accountants and other finance colleagues; schedule, assign tasks, and evaluate performance.
• Oversee Accounts Receivable, invoicing, transfers, statements, and collections; maintain 24-hour invoice issuance.
• Review AR aging and lead collection efforts to keep >93% under 60 days.
• Participate in weekly Credit Manager meetings; review credit apps and limits; escalate high-risk balances.
• Oversee daily income audit and revenue reports for accuracy before distribution to operations.
• Oversee credit card reconciliations across Opera, Symphony, and Zenoti; resolve discrepancies; manage chargebacks.
