One&Only Moonlight Basin is seeking an Assistant Finance Manager to oversee day-to-day accounting operations and serve as a liaison between Staff Accountants and the Finance Manager. The role covers AR, credit and collections, income audit, and credit card reconciliation, while supporting budgeting, forecasting, audits, and internal controls.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of accounting experience in a resort/hotel, a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, and strong USALI/GAAP knowledge.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA, CMA, or progress toward certification preferred.
• Minimum three years accounting experience, including at least one year in a supervisory or senior accounting role in a resort/hotel.
• Advanced knowledge of PMS Opera, POS Symphony, and spa software Zenoti.
• Working knowledge of USALI and GAAP.

Mansioni

• Supervise, train, and develop Staff Accountants and other finance colleagues.
• Oversee daily Accounts Receivable operations, invoicing, transfers, statements, and collections.
• Review monthly AR aging and lead collection efforts to keep most balances under 60 days.
• Lead weekly credit meetings and assess high‑risk or aged balances.
• Review daily income audit and revenue reports for accuracy before distribution.
• Oversee daily credit card reconciliations and resolve discrepancies promptly.
