Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.

• Minimum 5 years of marketing experience; MBA with 7+ years preferred.

Responsibilities

• Shape LillyDirect's forward-looking marketing strategy across Consumer and HCP audiences; set goals, KPIs, and budget for the growth portfolio.
• Lead senior leadership influence and provide strategic direction on growth priorities and investments.
• Own content strategy and briefing across Consumer and HCP in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
