Elior Collegiate Dining is seeking a Finance Lead to manage day-to-day financial operations for a high-volume campus dining portfolio at West Virginia University. You will oversee data input, reporting, and cost controls to drive efficiencies across dining and retail locations.

The role requires a Bachelor's in finance or accounting and 3–5 years of progressive finance experience, with strong Excel skills and familiarity with foodservice systems. Onsite at WVU with competitive benefits.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting required.
• 3–5 years of progressive finance or accounting experience.
• Experience in university dining, contract foodservice or hospitality preferred.
• Advanced Excel proficiency required (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, financial modeling).

Aufgaben

• Manage day-to-day financial operations, data input and reporting for a high-volume $40M auxiliary ecosystem.
• Drive food cost efficiencies and optimize labor metrics.
• Provide actionable insights to maximize fiscal health of university hospitality services.
• Oversee weekly closes, budgeting, forecasting and internal controls.
