Job summary

Crusoe is seeking a finance-focused professional in Sunnyvale to own the financial and economic thinking behind unused data center capacity. You will quantify value, assess risk, and guide monetization decisions across capacity, power, and compute resources.

Bring 5+ years in capital-intensive finance, comfort with probabilistic models, and ability to translate technical concepts into business terms. The role combines analytical rigor with strategic action in a fast-growing AI infrastructure

Qualifications

5+ years in financial planning, corporate finance or capital allocation in capital-intensive settings.
Familiarity with distributions, expected value and tail risk.
Curiosity to pick up unfamiliar infrastructure concepts quickly.

Responsibilities

Identify opportunities where built/committed capacity isn’t converting to revenue.
Collaborate with Capacity Planning, PM, and deal desk/legal to understand constraints.
Translate probabilistic/technical models into financial terms and recommended actions.
Assess risk level and defend decisions to engineering, product, and leadership.
Build durable financial frameworks for opportunities while handling live decisions.
